Both piece work and large series

Our installations have a total capacity of approx. 300,000 m² per year. We can handle both piecework and large series for you, ranging from sheet metal, profiles to commercial lengths or sawn to fixed lengths, machined or welded composite pieces and/or small parts.

We have a series of baths for chemical pre-treatment, followed by 2 powder coating installations

• Paint line 1 :
  Fully automatic powder coating cabin followed by a chamber oven integrated into an extensive monorail system with sufficient buffer zones.

  Dimensions to be treated are: 6500 x 1500 x 700 mm

• Paint line 2 :
  A compact monorail system with a powder coating cabin equipped with 1 hand gun and a chamber oven for smaller volumes and piece work.

  Dimensions to be treated are: 3000 x 2000 x 1000 mm
